The 56th Mecsek Rally is over

Ferenc Vincze – Nándor Percze (ORB+ORC), Norbert Czékmány – Gábor Takács (ORB2), and the junior The 56th Mecsek Rally ended with the absolute victory of Tibor Érdi – István Kerék (EHRC). Although Friday’s race day was interrupted due to the storm, based on the interviews conducted at the finish ceremony, the competitors left Pécs satisfied.

Although the distance of the 56th Mecsek Rallye was shortened due to the storm on Friday, the competitors completed the planned stages on Saturday. The field of the Historic category was the first to arrive at Széchenyi Square on Saturday afternoon. The finishing ceremony was opened by Attila Péterffy, mayor of Pécs, and Zoltán Szujó, president of the Hungarian National Motorsport Association. The festive event then continued with the announcement of the results of the Historic race (EHRC+HIS+CEZ+MRC His). The absolute winner was Tibor Érdi jr. – István Kerék.
